Our Company
Ocella Software Systems was founded in 1981 and has been providing local government software for over 25 years.
Around 1992, we decided to re-develop our systems in Oracle Forms and Reports to provide an open solution utilising the
Oracle RDBMS. This has provided us with a full development path, to ensure that we can develop quality
solutions for all the new government initiatives.
